Happy New Year!!!

Hello everyone!! I wanted to go ahead and wish all my followers a Happy Happy New Year! I’m looking forward to 2014…the start of a new year is just that, the chance at a new beginning and one of the new beginnings I am excited about is the beginning of a new reading year! Whatever your resolution is for this year…good luck and I hope this year gives all of you many blessings and lots and lots of laughter! I was going to do an end of the year book survey but I’m experiencing some technical difficulties, I’m hoping to be able to post this within the next few days!

The possibilities for 2014 are endless, I’m really excited about it. As far as my blog goes, I do plan on continuing this blog into 2014 and am hoping to be able to post far more posts than I was able to in 2013. I had a lot of time constraints in 2013 that will not exist for me or will not be as heavy in 2014. One of my resolutions is to read more! I didn’t get to meet as many of the challenges I set for myself at the beginning of 2013 and I didn’t get to read as many books but on the upside of that I kept my 4.0 in school intact until this semester when I got three A’s and one B. Needless to say, I DO NOT recommend taking four graduate courses in one semester…sometimes it can work out and sometimes it doesn’t but either way it will not leave you much time for your hobbies!

2013 was awesome, I discovered and connected with so many book bloggers and authors and I can’t wait to discover more. Because this is a new year I want to do a few things differently in regards to this blog, I’d like to start doing more giveaways, redo the reading challenges page, set a page to display the book tours I have done, post a few excerpts from the books I am writing (eek!) and just revamp the blog in general. 2014 is promising to be an exciting year! Thank you for following, reading and commenting! It truly means the world to me! Over the next I will be signing up for reading challenges, beginning to compile books for my to-read list, updating the reading challenges and books read pages and hopefully finishing up the book I am reading now and will start on the first book I will begin in 2014 which was written by an author who contacted me through this blog and I’m so excited to read it as my first 2014 book review! It is The Reflections of Queen Snow White by David Meredith so stay tuned!

Happy Reading everyone!!!!
